Spring Retreat 26 to 28 October


Friday 26th October from 4 pm to Sunday 28th October 4 pm

Our Springtime retreat at Hills Yoga Classes hosted and facilitated by Helen Boettcher-Grenfell and Liz Western. With many decades of experience and learning we will share the practices of heart opening yoga asana, pranayama and meditation to each each person into a way of being beyond your daily and long-held patterns of life.

We will work to make your retreat as comfortable, safe, exciting, adventurous, loving, expanding, challenging and fun.

Accommodation is on-site, with options of indoor and outdoor camping, some shared rooms and an out-door adult cubby. Bring your own bedding, pillows and cuddle rugs.

All meals are included (dietary requirements will need to be advised on registration).

Full attendance is encouraged. No one day retreat participation this time. Arrive from 4 pm Friday, first session starting at 5.30 pm.

Registration includes:
– heart opening and energy lifting Hatha yoga
– early morning meditations and pranayama
– joyful celebrations through mantra, dance and movement
– personal exploration through writing, journaling and drawing
– six healthy and replenishing meals
– access to decades of learning and teaching
– time for reflection, friendship, self nurturing and deep rest through yoga nidra
