All classes are open to beginners. Please come 10 minutes early the first time.

- Tuesday 7:00pm General Yoga suitable all levels
- Thursday 7:00pm General Yoga suitable all levels
- Friday 9:15am Gentle therapeutic style
- Saturday 8:30am General Yoga Suitable all levels
On Saturday take time to come and have a chat at the local coffee shop afterwards.
At the moment you need to bring your own equipment and classes set up with allow for the correct social distancing.
