Timetable updates

Last class for the week is tonight Thursday 24 April at 7:00pm. Classes resume next Tuesday 29 Th April at 7:00pm. Classes will then be running to normal schedule.

If you want to catch me I will teaching at Fairbridge Festival in the morning at the loft Saturday and Sunday. If you haven’t been to this Festival is is a wonderful experience for the whole family.

Good Friday 18 April class at 9:15am and Sat 19 April at 8:30am

Start your easter long weekend with therapeutic yoga on Friday at 9:15am or Saturday yoga at 8:30am.
